Betty Jett

Betty Lou Jett, age 81, of Marion passed away December 30th, 2020 at Marion Point Nursing Facility in Marion, Ohio. Betty was born in Blackey, Kentucky on February 26th, 1939 as the daughter of the late Bryan and Winnie (Combs) Jett. Betty loved her God, her family and helping people in need. She loved reading her Bible and watching religious programs on the television. Betty was a caring person who helped anyone in need, she would give the shirt off her back to give to another without. She was a hardworking person and a good mom. Betty will be missed by her sons, Jesse (Deb) Scroggins, Edward Scroggins and Aubrey Scroggins, her daughters Debra (Junior) Dunn and Kathryn Scroggins, ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Betty is preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. Graveside service for Betty will be held January 4th, 2021 at 12:00P.M. in Price Cemetery in Richwood, Ohio.
