Gloria Isobel Fisher, age 74 formerly of Caledonia, passed away on Friday morning, May 19th, at Claremont Assisted Living Facility in Columbus. Gloria was born December 06th, 1942 in Detroit. She is a graduate of Caledonia High School and The College of Pharmacy at Ohio State University. Gloria was the first women to receive her Doctorate of Pharmacology from Ohio State. She was employed as manager at Revco in the Plaza Shopping Center in Marion for 28 years. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Parish in Mt. Gilead and Saint Mary's Parish in Marion. She was always looking after the less fortunate and ill members of her family. Gloria was married to Norman Fisher for 30 years. She will be dearly missed by her sons, Anthony (Joy) Fisher of Marion and J.D. Fisher of Dublin. She also leaves behind her sisters, Maxine Warner of Bucyrus and Marie Lemaster of New Winchester. Her memory will be cherished by her grandchildren, Ally, Justin & Cassidy Osipow. She will be missed by her Favorite "Grand dog" Indica. Gloria was preceded in death by her mother Francis Stanley - Lust, Her brother John Lust and an infant brother. A celebration of the life of Gloria Fisher will be held Wednesday May 24th, 2017 at 7:00 at the Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home in Caledonia. Interment will be at a later date in Caledonia Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5 - 7. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the Donor's choice.
