Ida Pfeifer - Key

Ida J. Pfeifer - Key, age 105 formerly of the Denmark area, went to be with the Father on Sunday September 28th at the home of her caregiver. She was born in Marengo to the late Almon and Grace (Doty) Bonner on August 13, 1909 and was a graduate of Edison High School. Ida attended Ashland College and received a teaching degree in 1928. She was twice married - Cecil Pfeifer and Harry Key preceded her in death. Ida is survived by her son Wayne (Dorothy Janice) Pfeifer of Edison; two grandchildren: Diana Pfeifer and Kevin (Lucinda) Pfeifer; three great grandchildren; Jason Cherrington, Stephanie Pfeifer and Avery Pfeifer; a great great grandson Jason W. Cherrington and several step grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Memorial Services for Ida will be held on Thursday October 9th at 11:00 in the morning at the Denmark United Methodist Church with Pastor David J. Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Denmark United Methodist Church.
