Martha Little

Martha L. Little age 86, of Caledonia, passed away on Friday January 06, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in West Virginia as the daughter of the late Robert & Mary Coogle. She was married to John P. Little on March 30th, 1974 and he survives her at home. Martha was a Licensed Practical Nurse who had worked in the Phoenix area as well as in Marion and Galion. She was a manager of Atwood Nursing Care in Galion for several years. Martha enjoyed life and games of chance. She frequented many area Bingo games had made many trip to Las Vegas over the years. She also had an extensive collection of angel figurines. Besides her husband, Martha is survived by her children, Louis & Jill Medley of Phoenix, AZ, Linda Kay Thurman of Payson, AZ, Karen & Elmer Medley of Apache Junction, AZ and Mary Jane Enos of New Orleans, LA. There are also 12 grand children, 29 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren. Two sisters Marie Davis and Bertha Frazier and her brother Carl Coogle of Fredericktown She also leaves her three step daughters, Candice Brooks, Kimberly Stanford & Stephenie Holber of Parkersburg, WVA. Four step grandchildren. She was preceded by her daughter Judy Green, granddaughters Wendy,Tammy and Gina, a brother and a step grandson. Funeral Services for Martha will be held at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday January 11th, 2017 at the Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home in Caledonia with Jimmy Butters officiating. Interment will follow in Caledonia Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 until the time of service at 2:00. Charitable contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Huntington's Chorea
