Melissa Baer-Huther

Melissa Michelle Baer-Huther age 32, of Bowling Green passed away Saturday February 8th, 2020 at Wood County Hospital. Melissa was born July 30, 1987 in Newark, Ohio, as the daughter of Erick and Karen (Mowry) Baer who survive her. Melissa married Joseph Huther, October 4th, 2014. She was a graduate of Perrysburg High School. Melissa enjoyed the outdoors and taking walks through old cemeteries. She loved animals, the Lord and spending time with her son, Hayden. Melissa was a huge Harry Potter fan and enjoyed going to the movies. She was an advocate for her son and those who were stricken with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Melissa is survived by her son Hayden, her brother Matthew (Ayano) Baer, sisters, Ashleigh and Heather Baer, nieces Alexa Higgins and Zoey Hoodlebrink as well as her beloved furkid Chiquita. Funeral Services for Melissa will be held on Monday, February 17th at 2:00 at the Timson & Melroy Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Burkhardt officiating, burial to follow in Caledonia Cemetery.
