Patricia Coldren

Patricia "Pat" Ann Coldren, age 88, of Caledonia passed away July 10th at Presidential Post Acute. Patricia was born in Waldo, Ohio on January 3, 1933 as the daughter of the late Bernard and Catherine (Smith) Jacobs. Pat married Charles Coldren October 6th, 1956 and he preceded her in death. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was the funeral dinner organizer for many years. She was a Past Worthy Matron of the OES #64, Vera Chapter, as well as a member of the Red Hat Society. Pat enjoyed making candy at Christmastime, her specialties were Peanut Maple Clusters and Turtles. She was an avid reader of mysteries and Danielle Steel. Pat also enjoyed quilting, embroidery and spending time with her friends and family. Pat will be missed by her son, James (Donna) Coldren, grandchildren, Jason and Carson Coldren, brother, Carl Jacobs, her best friends, Rosetta McCormack and "Alexa", grandcat Fuego, whom she called Fuecko and granddog Milo. In keeping with Pat's wishes, there will be no services observed at this time. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
