Patricia Ann Skinner-Davis

Patricia “Patti”Ann Skinner-Davis, age 80, of Marion, passed away from this life into eternal Heaven on June 18, 2022. Patti was born March 24, 1942 in Akron, Ohio as the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Schippacasse (Jenkins). She married the love of her life Frederick J. Skinner on February 3, 1962 who preceded her in death on March 9, 1993. After Fred’s passing, Patti remarried Garry L. Davis of Caledonia, Ohio on October 28, 1994. Patti was a loving Mother and Grandmother and a passionate sports fan especially for her beloved Buckeyes, Browns and Indians. In her early days she loved to tailgate. She loved to garden and work outdoors. She enjoyed cooking and her specialty dishes were her lasagna and spaghetti. Growing up, she was the “cool mom” and she loved to dance and have fun. Patti really enjoyed wintering in Florida in Marco Island. Patti is survived by her husband Garry and her two sons, Wayne E. Skinner (Karen) and Brent A. Skinner (Laura), six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and sisters Corrine Dzurko and MaryLou Johnston. Friends may call at the Timson & Melroy Funeral Home June 28th from 10:00-11:00. Graveside Service will begin at 11:00 with Father Tennant officiating, inurnment to follow in Caledonia Cemetery.
