Ray Smith

Ray O. Smith age 84 of Edison, passed away Friday morning August 14, 2009 in Morrow County Hospital. Mt. Gilead. He was born in Marion on October 23rd, 1924 the son of the late Arlis & Bertha (Stephens) Smith. He was a graduate of Marion Harding High School and had attended business college. He worked for many years as a dispatcher for CCC Trucking. He is survived by his niece Billie Crabtree and great nephew Bryan Crabtree of Caledonia. A Graveside service will be held for Ray at 2:00 on Monday August 17th in Caledonia Cemetery. There will be no calling hours observed. Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home in Caledonia has been entrusted with the arrangements.
