Thelma Price

Thelma Lee Price, age 95 of Canaan Twp. passed away on Wednesday evening December 22nd, at Partners of Marion. She was born in Van Buren County, Michigan as the daughter of Harvey R. & Virgie L. (Grimes) Rousch. She was a graduate of Waldo High School. November 11th, 1936 she married Merle C. Price. He preceded her in death on October 12th, 1998. In her younger days Thelma was a great horse lover and enjoyed riding. She accompanied Merle on many fishing trips and enjoyed being out of doors.
She is survived by her two children, Curtis A. Price of Floral City, FL. And Elaine A. Schenkel of Marion. She will also be remembered by her two grand daughters, Five Great grand children and four great great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister Nellie Cahill of Marion. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral Services for Thelma will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday December 28th in
The Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home in Caledonia with Chaplain Larry Farris officiating. Burial will follow in Caledonia Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 until time of service.
